About WideFootRelief
Finding shoes for wide feet shouldn’t be this difficult.
But if you’ve ever dealt with pressure in your toes, pain after standing, or shoes that claim to be “wide” but clearly aren’t, you already know how frustrating it can be.
Why I Created This Site
I built WideFootRelief out of personal frustration.
After spending long hours on my feet and going through a period where my feet and knee became irritated from the wrong footwear, I started paying closer attention to what I was actually wearing.
That experience forced me to slow down and really look at fit, support, and pressure points — not just brand names or labels.
Most footwear advice doesn’t talk about this.
A lot of shoes are labeled “wide,” but the toe box is still tight, the structure doesn’t move well, and over time, small pressure points turn into real problems.
What I’ve Learned
Through trial and error, a few things became clear:
“Wide” doesn’t always mean wide where it matters
Toe box space is just as important as overall width
Standing all day changes how your feet respond to shoes
Small discomforts add up if you ignore them
This isn’t about chasing brands. It’s about finding what actually works.
